You will have one session per week that will be via a Zoom call (can also be face to face) and will take approximately 1hr to complete.

There are 7 levels in The Spiral and each level is centred around a chakra.

LEVEL 1 – DESERVING – SHAME, GUILT, DOGMA
LEVEL 2 – CREATIVITY – FEAR, GRIEF, PRALYSED WILL
LEVEL 3 – POWER- PRIDE, ANGER, DESIRE
LEVEL 4 – OPENNESS – REASON, ACCEPTANCE, LOVE
LEVEL 5 – EXPRESSION – ANXIETY, CONFIDENCE, LOW SELF ESTEEM
LEVEL 6 – VISION – TRUTH, TRUST, RECEPTIVITY
LEVEL 7 – PURPOSE – PEACE, JOY, ENLIGHTENMENT
The 8th session is an integration session.

The Spiral clears 22 of the most common emotions relevant to the human experience. Muscle testing is used to access the unconscious belief systems that we have accumulated over our lifetime. Clearing these emotional and energetic blockages is imperative as they can build up in the body and present as physical illnesses, chronic conditions or as self-sabotaging behavioural patterns.

As you go through this process you may notice change start to happen immediately.

Emotions or situations may arise which challenge you and encourage you to embody the essence of the sessions.

You may begin to set new boundaries and say no to things that no longer serve you.

You may find that you are able to start new things that you never thought possible.

You will start to feel into some emotions that you haven’t felt in a while because you have been avoiding them. This may get a little bit uncomfortable.

This work can be emotional and at times a bit challenging which is all part of the process.

Anything that offers such transformation is always going to be challenging, that’s how we grow and evolve as humans. But know that I will be there to support you every step of the way.

Going through The Spiral with Annie has been incredibly transformational on both a personal and professional level.

It’s like ‘psychology boot camp’ that allows you to integrate a deeper body mind connection. Talk based therapy (20 years for me) focuses so much on the mind, your mental triggers, which to me is only half the battle.

The spiral has affected me in lots of ways, I don’t feel ashamed about having to untie my knots both mental and physical. Generally, I feel better about who I am as person, I don’t require other people to validate my worth.

Overall, I have deeper connection to a true sense of self awareness and mindfulness as well as a body awareness, I know what my body needs. I now pay much more attention to where I’m holding tension, when I need rest, what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, when I require medical attention and an overall feeling of being physically awakened.

So far it has given me the impetus to act on my body’s behalf. This has meant to engage in some pretty drastic surgery which I had been putting off for 4yrs, which I am still recovering from.

I can see the light at end of my recovery journey much clearer than before. I have hope.
